Refunds and cancellations
Before preparation: If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us or the venue as soon as possible. Refunds for card payments are processed according to our payment provider’s rules; where a payment has already been captured, we may issue a refund or account credit if cancellation is fair and permitted by the venue’s policy.
After service or collection: Refunds for quality issues are considered case by case. We may require a brief description and, where reasonable, evidence (e.g. photo). Chargebacks should be a last resort after contacting us.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (including rights relating to faulty goods or misdescription).
Response times
We aim to respond to support emails within two business days. Urgent safety issues (e.g. severe allergic reactions) should be handled by emergency services and the venue immediately.
