Orders and contract
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items selected subject to acceptance by the venue. Prices, availability, and preparation times are as shown at checkout or on the menu. We or the venue may refuse or cancel orders in limited circumstances (e.g. unavailability, suspected fraud, or legal reasons).
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. You authorise us and our partners to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and fees.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
